Mandatory : B.E/B.tech in IT/Computer Science/Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics and Telecommunication OR MCA with at least 60% marks.

Preferable : MBA/Executive MBA

Preferred Certification : PMP, PRINCE2, Practitioner, NPI Payment System Certification , RBI Certified Payment Specialist, CCIP, CISSP, PCI, QSA, CRCP

Experience : 

Manager : Minimum 5 year post-qualification experience in digital payments/AFC/FASTag/FinTech/Risk Management/CRM

Selection Process 

Candidates selected by the process of 

Shortlisting: Shortlisting will be done by the Bank based on eligibility, qualification and work experience.

Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

The interview will carry 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.

The final merit list will be prepared based on the interview scores.
